Here is some of MIC-B's personal favorites

Grilled Roast Beef

1” to 1.5” roast
Lawry’s seasoning salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
MIC-B’s Spicy All-Purpose Sauce
½ cup of water

1. Season roast on both sides to taste with Lawry's Seasoning Salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

2. Place roast in bowl and marinade over night in MIC-B's Spicy Sauce.

3. Turn the roast over so that it can marinade on both sides about the same amount time.

4. When ready to grill, remove roast from marinade and discard the remaining marinade. NOTE: DO NOT REUSE THE MARINADE.

5. Double wrap roast in aluminum foil, heavy strength, and add a half cup of water.

6. Place roast on hot grill and cook for one hour and 30 minutes. Add water as necessary to reduce drying of meat.

7. Remove roast from grill and unwrap the foil. Return the roast to the grill for 3 to 5 minutes on each side for that great grilled taste.

8. Remove from grill, brush both sides with MIC-B's Spicy Sauce, and enjoy.

9. WOW!! You will be amazed at this tender, juicy, and tasty entrée.
